Summertime is always a fun time for the Milanese team. Not only do we get to meet a lot of new clients and help them design their dream homes – but we get to watch the process and see them fall in love with the results! Summer 2023 may be in the books, but we couldn’t let it ‘wrap’ without doing a roundup of our favorite projects this summer.
Firepit Patios and Pool Time Fun
Nothing brings people together more than firepits. This summer was evidence of that, as we helped many clients install new firepits and firepit patios. One of our favorite designs of the summer? A firepit patio with built-in seating and a firepit cover that doubles as a table. Who needs the indoors when outdoor living is this good?
Throwin’ Some Shade
We love the outdoors – but sometimes we want sunshine without the burn. Milanese is skilled at installing awnings and pergolas to protect clients from all weather – rain, snow, sun, and wind. We have options to suit it all – including retractable awnings for sun when you want it and protection when you don’t.

Home Sweet Home
Many clients have decided to ‘stay home’ instead of selling in the current real estate climate – and with design choices like the ones our team can do, who could blame them?! We loved giving some East Coast homes the face-lifts they deserved with new siding, colors and style, roofs, doors, and more.
