I am happy to visit you at your home or business. Our on-site evaluations are always free and scheduled at your convenience. When I visit you I can see everything I need to make a thorough evaluation of the project, its feasibility and cost. I enjoy talking over the improvements you are planning for your property’s exterior. I try to provide you with the information you need to make decisions. I enjoy talking over the improvements you are planning for your home or business. During my first site visit to your property I try to provide you with some of the information you need to begin making decisions about your project. Before you spend your hard-earned money on this project I want to give you the best opportunity to understand your options and visualize how your home or business will look after the project is complete. There are a few ways I have found that I can make it easier for you to visualize your remodeling project.
- MR Project Portfolio. I can show you pictures of projects we have done in the past. Seeing other people’s homes and the way they have improved their home’s appearance can give you ideas about how you want your home to look. Please call to schedule an appointment to review our Project Portfolio together.
- References. For additional peace of mind you can call and ask the homeowner how they liked dealing with us, if they would recommend us again and if we improved the value of their home far more than the price charged for the work. You can also visit homes we have already remodeled. Sometimes it helps to see just how a remodeling project might look five, ten or twenty years after they are complete. We have Fifty years of references and are happy to share them with you. Please call for a list of references that closely match your home and project.
- MR Digital Design. I invite you to consider a FREE Milanese Remodeling MR Digital Design consultation. For a MR Digital Design Consultation I download photographs and measurements of your home onto my computer. I apply “regions” to the photograph of your home’s façade. Then, we can meet at my showroom for a MR Digital Design consultation. My computer software lets us change the look of your home, right before your eyes. We can play with styles, colors, trim and accent accessories to create a variety of “virtual” versions of how your home could look. I can prepare a pricelist in the form of an Excel spreadsheet from the measurements I have taken of the different regions and your selections for each region.
